More M-P crapola I rewrote the script a tad. I figured the point in the story I started at was a bit... limited. So I moved everything back to before he even gets a suit! Yay for no-suit skillz! Booya! Also, I read through Mabsland's comic about her Furcadia characters and I very much enjoyed it! I will update my "links" section AGAIN to include it. Metroid Project Here is a sketch of a character I created, now know only as "K-chan", for an upcoming comic I'm going to do about once a month. Right now it's code named "Metroid Project" but that might change once I get everything going. Yesterday I posted a few concept sketches of Jake (the main character) and "k-chan" his girl. MORE new stuff! Got some more fresh, hot drawings come at you! Muwhahah! >D This is me wearing this awesome jacket I saw Keitaro wearing in Love Hina Again episode 2. "Very spiffy," I thought "I must draw it!" So here we are! I messed up some things. Mostly the perportions. I blame the order I drew the picture. First I drew the head then I decided to put on the coat and hat and stuff. Also I drew the head with glasses on it and then later earsed them because I thought it looked funny. Ja! Gomen.... Sorry no comic today. However, thanks to my good buddy Jon we have this really cool CGed logo thing to show off. It started out as a sketch I did and he toke it and did what you see here. Thanks Jon! I didn't even get a chance to look at the script for this weeks. It has been Exam Week at school and even though I only had two exams they were hell hard! I had a 25 question precal. test and a 3 page in class essay in English IV. Argh... the bastards. I'm on spring brake now and that means I'm going to draw draw draw! WTF of Standalone I got bored and decided to make another filler. "Official" comic #2 will be (better be up!) by friday. So now its time to start my rant. First off, I want to rant about the State of Emergency game. I give it about 2½ stars out of 5. It is a fun game...if you enjoy mindless beatings over and over and over and over. The games diversity level lacks. Sure, you can punch and kick and do combos and what not, but the repetivness becomes the games overall downfall. I enjoyed it for the first 30 minutes. Then I realized it was basically a GTA3 wanna be, spat out by Rockstar games as a "filler" game. I urge everyone to rent SOE before you purchase it. Oh yeh, and the mall level should be a lot bigger. Also, some side notes on this weeks plans for the site. Going to eventually re-vamp the layout. The neko design is good and all, but i feel I did a hack job on it and could make it better. I plan on changing the bg design and making the news boxes a different color or sumthing. Scanner finnally works too, so hopefully we'll have the Characters section up and running.
